I’VE NEVER TAKEN A SPINNING® CLASS - WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
First of all, Spinning® is like Kleenex®, a registerd trademark that isn’t all that useful or descriptive. So, let’s us the term indoor cycling (IC).
If the last time you took an IC class, it took place in a dingy, dimly-lit, multi-purpose room where the music was provided by a glorified version of a boom box, you might be disheartened to learn that many IC “studios”, particularly in big-box gyms and YMCAs, the experience has not evolved that much. On the other hand, IC has shown great staying power over the years since it is a great cardio workout and at some studios, the experience has evolved greatly. But nowhere more so than at EpicRide™ inside the EpicFit 365™ athletic club in the Mayfaire Town Center in Wilmington, NC, where you will experience the most energizing rides tailored to all fitness and experience levels, that will inspire you, motivate you, and prepare you to face your day.
WHAT IS THE PROPER BIKE SETUP?

SHOULD I EAT BEFORE CLASS?
We suggest you have a light snack 30-40 minutes prior to your ride. Approximately 100 calories of simple carbohydrate will maintain your blood sugar and energy level for the duration of the ride. Check our Facebook and Twitter for tips from our instructors.
