Megan’s eclectic playlists include a wide range of music from Eminem to Coldplay, and she believes dedication and determination lay the foundation to achieve any goal.
Originally from Atlanta, Noah is pursuing a degree in Economics and History from UNCW. With years of coaching swim, Noah’s carefully designed rides are performance driven and feature high-intensity intervals with empowering motivation. You’ll stay focused and challenged with his every-changing playlists that include electronica, remixes, and a few old school throwbacks.
A recent college grad from upstate New York, Arianna is thrilled to be a new Wilmington resident and part of the Epic365 Team. Her infectious smile, crazy fun energy and uplifting music is a party on a bike, and you’ll leave each class feeling joyful, rejuvenated, and empowered.
From Youngstown, Ohio, Maryhelen has been teaching group fitness and indoor cycling for over two decades. Her classes challenge you to become more – more driven, more purposeful, more committed and more determined. With numerous fitness certifications, her classes are meant to change lives, not just burn calories!
When not on the mic or creating DJ quality playlists, Maryhelen enjoys family time soaking up the sun and playing with her two Rottweilers.
Originally from Vermont, Leigh is blessed with four young children who keep her active. Her saving grace as a mom is teaching cycling and empowering others to become the best version of themselves. Leigh’s classes are high intensity cardio parties, and she instills strength and grace while motivating riders through the power of music and movement. If you want to crank up the volume and sweat passion, Leigh serves up a diverse mix of pop, rock, alternative, and even some country throwbacks.
Obsessed with indoor cycling for over five years, Sandy’s classes are renowned for being loud and a little rowdy with infectious energy. Every heart-pumping ride is choreographed to an expertly curated playlist, and her positive encouragement fuels riders to clip in, rock out, and unleash their inner drive.
When she’s not downloading new music or practicing rides, Sandy owns a business in Mayfaire and spends time with her husband and three children.
Beyond her calm exterior lies a fierce competitor. Jolie was an All-American and nationally ranker swimmer, and she has successfully completed in numerous triathlons, Ironman relays, and half marathons. Her unique coaching skills include the ability to teach a class to all fitness levels while having the best 45 minutes of your life. Turn off your brain and turn on your body!
Originally from England, Jolie has lived in Wilmington for ten years and has two sons, Luke and Tucker.

With a B.S. in Psychology and Marketing, Susie’s gift is helping you find your gift. Music is the driving force behind her classes, and every hill is a metaphor for tackling the challenges that life throws your way. Certified in group fitness, personal training, yoga, Pilates and cycling, Susie is honored to be part of the inaugural EpicFit 365 team.
When she’s not teaching classes, Susie enjoys running on the beach and spending time with friends and family.
A born and raised Wilmington girl, April discovered indoor cycling while recovering from a foot injury when running was not an option. Hooked from the very first pedal stroke, April loves watching riders achieve success, and you’ll feel a collective energy and accomplishment in each class.
A member of the New Hanover Regional Medical Center Foundation Board of Directors, April feels fortunate to give back to the community she treasures. When not on the tennis court or SCUBA diving, April enjoys time with husband Fred and their three yellow Labradors.
